E-COMMERCE MANAGER | Manager Level

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business. Marketing, Hospitaliy Management, or related field. Master’s degree of MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing within the hospitality industry or a similar sector.
  • Good English communication skills, especially in negotiating and interactingwith various parties.
  • Knowledge of CEO, CEM, content marketing, and conversation rate optimization techniques.
  • Able to work in Ubud, Bali

Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement strategies to increase direct online bookings and optimize the online customer journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and revenue management teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
  • Must able to perform the relevant tasks to implement integration between Channel Manager (CM) & OTA.
  • Oversee the company’s website, online booking engine, and third-party platforms such as OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
  • Implement and manage SEO, SEM, and display advertising strategies to drive traffic to digital channels.
