Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience as General Affair, Building Maintenance, or related field (experience in Hospitality Industry is preferred)
- Detail-oriented, agile, resilient.
- Good negotiation & leadership skill.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill.
- Advanced in operating Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in end-to-end GA process, including monitoring renovation process in all branches and inventory control.
- Maintain company’s assets, facilities, and equipment in all branches.
- Delegate, supervise, and mentor GA team (OB, driver, messenger, & security).
- Implement and controlling 5R.
