GENERAL AFFAIRS COORDINATOR | Supervisor Level

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as General Affair, Building Maintenance, or related field (experience in Hospitality Industry is preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, agile, resilient.
  • Good negotiation & leadership skill.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Advanced in operating Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in end-to-end GA process, including monitoring renovation process in all branches and inventory control.
  • Maintain company’s assets, facilities, and equipment in all branches.
  • Delegate, supervise, and mentor GA team (OB, driver, messenger, & security).
  • Implement and controlling 5R.
