Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Have experience in the position of HR Recruitment for at least 2 years
- Have good administrative skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Spreadsheet, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good leadership skills / managerial experience
- Has good initiative and anticipation.
- Understand the workflow in the HR position.
- Having worked in hospitality is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring recruiters plan accordance with MPP and request for fulling manpower needs
- Responsible to fulfill manpower needs based on the target according to the number that stated on MPPDevelop and manage job advertisements.
- Promote vacancies on various online and offline recruitment platforms.
- Conduct end to end recruitment process.
- Provide feedback to candidates after the selection process.
- Provide detailed information to managers about interviewed candidates.
- Perform administrative processes for new hires.
