RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR | Supervisor Level

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • Have experience in the position of HR Recruitment for at least 2 years
  • Have good administrative skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Spreadsheet, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good leadership skills / managerial experience
  • Has good initiative and anticipation.
  • Understand the workflow in the HR position.
  • Having worked in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring recruiters plan accordance with MPP and request for fulling manpower needs
  • Responsible to fulfill manpower needs based on the target according to the number that stated on MPPDevelop and manage job advertisements.
  • Promote vacancies on various online and offline recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct end to end recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates after the selection process.
  • Provide detailed information to managers about interviewed candidates.
  • Perform administrative processes for new hires.
