RESERVASION | Night Shift

Area Ubud

Responsibilities:

  • Able to process reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Chinese, both verbally and in writing, to cater to a diverse customer base and handle reservations from Chinese-speaking clients effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in reservations or a similar field.
  • Possess a strong understanding of reservation systems, booking software, and general computer skills
  • Allowing for the efficient management of bookings and related tasks.
  • Good Attitude, good personality, well groomed and hardworking
  • Able to work in the Ubud area
