Responsibilities:
- Able to process reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Capability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members.
- Able to communicate fluently in Chinese, both verbally and in writing, to cater to a diverse customer base and handle reservations from Chinese-speaking clients effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in reservations or a similar field.
- Possess a strong understanding of reservation systems, booking software, and general computer skills
- Allowing for the efficient management of bookings and related tasks.
- Good Attitude, good personality, well groomed and hardworking
- Able to work in the Ubud area
