BaliSuperHost (registered as PT Bali Super Host Management) was founded in 2021 by Jonathan, Nicolas, and Ian — united by their passion for hospitality and deep expertise in Bali’s real estate market. Their friendship blossomed into a joint venture between two prominent property management and development companies with years of experience in Bali’s real estate market.
The idea for a comprehensive property management company serving Bali’s property owners took root in 2019. After two years of meticulous planning, market research, and unwavering dedication to the hospitality industry, BaliSuperHost was established in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
In August 2025, BaliSuperHost partnered with Kozystay to create Indonesia’s largest short-term rental management group. This partnership expands our reach, strengthens our technology stack, and gives every villa owner in our portfolio access to the largest distribution network in the country.
