Full-time We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support the maintenance and presentation of our villa properties, ensuring a high standard aligned with hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of villa buildings and facilities
- Handle soft maintenance works (minor repairs, painting, finishing, and general upkeep)
- Ensure all areas are well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues to maintain guest comfort
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK (Teknik Konstruksi / Desain Pemodelan) or Diploma / Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance, preferably in villa / hospitality / property
- Good understanding of building maintenance and finishing work
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control awareness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, responsive, and service-oriented attitude
- Willing to work in Ubud.
