Full-time Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Property Acquisition.
- OPEN FOR EXPATRIATE CANDIDATE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and willing to travel across Bali.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and target-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify potential villa owners and properties.
- Conduct owner outreach, meetings, and property site visits.
- Present BaliSuperHost’s services and negotiate preliminary terms.
- Manage and update the acquisition pipeline and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support property onboarding.
- Build relationships with owners, agents, and local networks to generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly property acquisition targets.
