Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2- 3 years of proven experience in Sales within the Hospitality Industry (hotel, villa, resort, or related sectors).
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing proposals, contracts, corporate agreements, and sales documentation; excellent knowledge of OTA, travel agent, and wholesale market segments is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with CRM systems and hotel PMS is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel for sales calls, networking events, and business development activities when required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Responbilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets; Strong understanding of hospitality sales strategies, market segmentation, revenue generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners; strong networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Marketing, Reservations, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights to support decision-making; identify new business opportunities and market trends to support business growth.
  • Represent BaliSuperHost at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions; ; prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships; ensure high standards of professionalism and hospitality in all client interactions.
  • Assist in achieving departmental sales goals and overall business objectives.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to generate new business.
