WASTE MANAGEMENT
Committed to sustainable development, Ubud has set up a new waste sorting program. We provide you with three garbage cans (organic, inorganic, residual).
- Organic waste: food scraps, twigs, leaves, fruit, vegetables and anything else that decomposes naturally. Make sure this bin is free of plastic. Collection: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Inorganic waste: Recycle all your bottles, plastics, paper and cardboard. Collection: Tuesdays and Saturdays.
- Residual waste: This includes disposable hygiene products, hazardous materials, construction debris and non-recyclable plastics. Collection: Thursdays and Sundays.
