Responsibilities:
- Maximize revenue for both BaliSuperHost and the villa owners.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and guest behavior to set optimal room rates.
- Monitoring and implementing pricing strategies for all managed Villas.
- Facilitating communication between the revenue team and Villa Owners.
- Addressing Villa Owners inquiries and requests regarding pricing.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and property management teams to synchronize revenue strategies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role at hospitality industry.
- Good English communication skills, especially in negotiating and interacting with various parties.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively in developing strategies.
- Able to work in Ubud, Bali.
