The Space 

Step into the spacious open-plan living area at Villa Tropea, where a large L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, and bluetooth speaker set the stage for effortless gatherings. The long dining table, seating eight, invites memorable meals, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, tea machine and a drip coffee machine. With air conditioning and a ceiling fan, the space remains comfortable no matter the time of day.

Each of the three bedrooms at Villa Tropea is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom, while an adjacent outdoor lounge area offers a cozy spot to unwind. The second and third bedrooms, identical in layout, also include queen-size beds, air conditioning, and direct outdoor access for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

The centerpiece of Villa Tropea is its tranquil pool, surrounded by stone walls and lush frangipani tree, evoking the charm of a Mediterranean courtyard. A sunbed and a shaded umbrella provide options for soaking up the sun or staying cool in the shade, while the poolside pouf offers a perfect spot to lounge. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee or cooling off in the water, the outdoor spaces encourage leisurely moments in a setting that feels both private and inviting.

Villa Tropea is located at the end of a narrow street, allowing motorcycle access only. For guests arriving by car, drop-off is available just a 1-minute walk from the villa, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival.

Though tucked away for peace and quiet, Villa Tropea is just a 10-minute drive to explore Petitenget Beach, trendy cafés, renowned dining spots and the vibrant streets of Seminyak

Guest Access

Road Access: Many villas have narrow road access, often suitable for motorcycles only. We can assist with transportation arrangements if needed.

Nearby Construction: We understand that construction noise can be disruptive. While we cannot control construction activities in the surrounding area, we prioritize your comfort and are available to address any concerns.

Natural Ventilation: Experience the refreshing breeze of Bali with our open-air living spaces, designed to maximize natural airflow, providing an eco-friendly alternative to air conditioning or fans.

Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000.

Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa.

Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups.

Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem.  

Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage.
