Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in reservations or a similar field.
  • Possess a strong understanding of reservation systems, booking software, and general computer skills
  • Allowing for the efficient management of bookings and related tasks.
  • Good Attitude, good personality, well groomed and hardworking
  • Able to work in the Ubud area

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Guest Bookings and Inquiries: Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms, ensuring accurate information is recorded and prompt responses are given.
  • Update and Monitor Room Availability: Maintain up-to-date availability in the Property Management System and channel managers, adjusting allotments and rates as needed to optimize occupancy.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Communicate booking details, special requests, and changes with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Process Payments and Confirmations: Secure deposits or full payments, issue booking confirmations, and verify guest payment details according to company policies.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and Generate Reports
  • Keep detailed logs of all reservations, cancellations, and amendments, and produce daily, weekly, or monthly reservation reports for management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
