Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a convertible double bed (can be arranged as twin beds), a smart TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is perfect for families, features a double bed, a cozy bunk bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Villa Anggun’s open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals, a cozy dining area for shared meals with loved ones, and a welcoming living room with two ceiling fans and a speaker. You will also find a guest toilet and storage space for added convenience.

Lounge in style on 2 sun loungers or unwind across 4 daybeds, shaded by 3 pool umbrellas. Guest Access

Road Access: Many villas have narrow road access, often suitable for motorcycles only. We can assist with transportation arrangements if needed.

Nearby Construction: We understand that construction noise can be disruptive. While we cannot control construction activities in the surrounding area, we prioritize your comfort and are available to address any concerns.

Natural Ventilation: Experience the refreshing breeze of Bali with our open-air living spaces, designed to maximize natural airflow, providing an eco-friendly alternative to air conditioning or fans.

Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000.

Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa.
