The HR General Affair Coordinator is responsible for managing general affairs functions, including office facilities, asset management, company transportation, and other administrative services to support smooth daily operations. The role ensures a safe, well-maintained, and efficient working environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office facility maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
- Manage company assets, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate company transportation and driver schedules.
- Handle vendor and contractor relationships for GA services.
- Monitor security and safety standards in the workplace.
- Support company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Prepare and manage GA budget and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in General Affairs or office administration.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of safety and facility management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- High responsibility and service-oriented mindset.
