Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or communications.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and visual identity systems.
- Have knowledge in Creative Copywriting, Social Media Platform Expertise, Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing, Community Management, and Basic Brand Pillar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality, travel, and design is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or property management industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes the content calendar for Bestay’s brand channels.
- Creates compelling content to build brand awareness and engagement. •Manages the online community (UGC, KOL) and brand reputation.
- Coordinate with other department to streamline improvement.
