Maximize revenue for BaliSuperHost’s portfolio of luxury villas by strategically managing pricing, inventory, and optimizing performance across all digital distribution and e-commerce channels. The goal is to maximize Average Daily Rate (ADR) and occupancy for superior owner returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Pricing: Implement dynamic pricing daily based on demand, market trends, and competitor analysis to maximize RevPAR.
- E-commerce & Distribution: Maintain rate parity and optimize content/availability across all online platforms, including the direct booking website, OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), and meta-search engines.
- Channel Performance: Actively monitor conversion rates, user experience on the direct booking engine, and channel costs to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key revenue metrics (ADR, Occupancy, Pickup), identifying variances and recommending immediate tactical adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years in Revenue Management or E-commerce within the hospitality or short-term rental sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and direct booking strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and make quick, data-driven pricing decisions.
