Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform detailed cleaning tasks in guest villas, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms to the highest standards (toilet, sink, bathtub/shower, mirrors).
- Replenish all in-villa supplies and amenities (toiletries, towels, coffee, beverages, etc.) according to established inventory and standards.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning windows, polishing furniture, and cleaning appliances.
- Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, linen management, and chemical handling.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards found in the villas or property immediately to the Supervisor.
- Adhere to the company’s Lost and Found procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Current enrollment or recent graduation from a vocational school program in Hospitality, Tourism, or Housekeeping is a significant advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in a cleaning or customer service role is beneficial but not required, as this is a trainee position.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 pounds/approx. 11 kg), and remain physically active for extended periods.
