The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and on-brand visual content to support the villa management company’s marketing, branding, and communication needs. This role involves designing digital and print assets for social media, websites, advertisements, promotional materials, and internal communication. The Graphic Designer ensures visual consistency across platforms while enhancing the company’s brand image to attract potential guests and partners.

 

General Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

  • Create visual assets for social media, website, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop print materials including brochures, banners, flyers, and villa promotional collateral.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Brand Identity Management

  • Maintain consistency of the company’s branding across all platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts that strengthen brand recognition and visibility.
  • Support branding initiatives for villas and company-wide campaigns.

Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to produce visuals that support campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the photographer/videographer team for imagery and content input.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback from supervisors and stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously with deadlines.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to support marketing calendars and campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative materials.

Creative Innovation

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to hospitality marketing.
  • Suggest innovative approaches to enhance engagement through design.
  • Experiment with new media formats (motion graphics, reels, infographics, etc.).

Data Management Responsibilities

  • Maintain a structured library of design files, templates, and brand assets for easy access.
  • Organize digital asset folders for campaigns, ensuring proper categorization and naming conventions.
  • Archive completed projects and update version control to avoid duplication.
  • Ensure copyrights and licenses for fonts, images, and graphics are respected.

Reporting & Performance Communication

  • Provide weekly updates to the Graphic Design Supervisor on project progress and priorities.
  • Share monthly creative output reports, including the number and type of assets created.
  • Communicate campaign results and creative effectiveness (CTR, engagement, impressions).
  • Participate in marketing meetings to present creative ideas and improvements.
General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
    1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in hospitality or creative agency).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent design tools (Canva, Figma).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content design best practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
