When we were in Ubud, we stayed at Villa Teratai. The staff was amazing including the butler and the housekeepers. Something came up and we ended up talking to the staff supervisor, Tresnawan. Now I understand why the rest of the staff was so attentive to our needs. Tresnawan oversees several villas, ensuring their smooth operation. He listened to our requests and offered some suggestions that were spot on. He is an unsung hero, and he made our stay that much better.
We also worked with Lobo, who handles owner relations. He helped us navigate some legal and banking issues. He pushed things where he could and came back with clear explanations when he couldn’t.
Overall, we are happy we went with BSH to manage our villas and look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.
