Qualifications:
- Has at least 1 year experience in a similar role at hospitality industry or in administrative support, preferably in resevations or a similar field.
- Posses a strong understanding of reservation system, booking software and general computer skills.
- Allowing for the efficient management of bookings and related tasks.
- Capability to work collaboratively with team and other departments.
- Able to work in the Ubud area
Responsibilities:
- Able to process reservations via phone, email, or online platforms (OTA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Capability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members.
