Providing technical assistance, maintenance, and support for an organization’s computer systems, networks, and software. The role ensures efficient and secure IT operations while delivering timely support to end users.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new systems and technology.
  • Ensure all hardware and software are up to date with the latest security patches.
  • Provide assistance with guest technology-related queries (e.g., Wi-Fi connection issues, device compatibility).
  • Track inventory of IT equipment and perform regular audits.
  • Ensure the computer network, servers, and Wi-Fi are functioning efficiently.
