Bestay by Bali Super Host is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Security Supervisor to lead our security team and ensure the safety and protection of our properties, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations across assigned properties
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of security personnel
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and company assets
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections
- Handle incident reporting and investigations when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate with management regarding security matters and risk prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; relevant certification in security management is a plus
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory security role (hospitality or property industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of security procedures and emergency response
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts
