Key Responsibilities
Owner Communication & Relationship Management
● Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking and international villa owners.
● Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
● Build long-term relationships by understanding owner expectations, goals, and concerns.

Operational Coordination
● Communicate updates regarding villa operations, maintenance, guest reviews, and occupancy status.
● Coordinate between internal teams (housekeeping, engineering, reservations, finance) to deliver quality service to owners.
● Monitor and report on villa condition, renovation needs, and service schedules.

Financial Reporting & Documentation
● Assist and explain monthly financial reports from Finance, income statements, and expense breakdowns to villa owners (if any issues).
● Remind and Ensure to the Finance Department that owner invoices, payments, and agreements are accurately managed and delivered on time.
● Support onboarding of new villa owners and assist in contract signing and compliance.

Owner Satisfaction & Conflict Resolution
● Manage owner feedback and resolve concerns or disputes in a timely and diplomatic manner.
● Conduct regular check-ins or visits (physical or virtual) to assess owner satisfaction.
● Liaise with legal or management teams when escalations or contract issues arise.

Support for Sales & Expansion
● Assist in onboarding new foreign villa owners, providing detailed explanations of the management process, fee structure, and service terms.
● Support the Business Development team in presentations. or communications with international prospects.


Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communication, French or related field.
● Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Additional languages (such as Bahasa Indonesia or German) are a plus.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in client relations, hospitality, property management, or real
estate—preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
● Prior experience working with expatriates or overseas clients is a strong advantage.
