Full-time Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Supervisor is mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills; Proactive, with strong initiative and good anticipation skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Confident, professional, and friendly attitude
- Willing and able to work in the Pecatu area
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality of the villa and high standards of guest service
- Monitor and supervise all teams in the field
- Ensure villas are clean, neat, and ready for guest occupancy
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Supervise cleanliness and maintain Villa Assets
- Report all maintenance issues to the Villa Manager
