Full-time The Villa Host/Butler (Cooker) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, ensuring smooth villa operations, and maintaining the highest standards of service throughout each guest’s stay. The role also includes the ability to prepare a wide variety of Indonesian dishes, providing guests with authentic and high-quality local cuisine
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a personalized, warm experience
- Assist guests with requests, reservations, and villa services
- Prepare a wide variety of Indonesian dishes, providing guests with authentic and high-quality local cuisine
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor villa readiness and ensure all facilities are operational
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Provide information about local attractions, experiences, and services
- Maintain records of guest requests and feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in hospitality, villa service, or guest relations.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Ability to cook a variety of Indonesian dishes to a high standard.
- Proactive, attentive, and detail-oriented
- Professional, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude
- Flexible and able to work in Ubud, Bali
- Able to join immediately
