Job Summary

The Owner Relations Admin supports the Owner Relations team in handling daily communication, documentation, and administrative tasks related to villa owners. This role helps ensure smooth coordination between owners and internal teams, and supports good, professional relationships with our property owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Owner Relations team in daily administrative and operational tasks

  • Handle basic communication with villa owners via email, WhatsApp, or phone in a polite and professional manner

  • Prepare and organize documents related to owner agreements, reports, and updates

  • Support data entry and maintain owner information in internal systems

  • Help coordinate owner requests with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.)

  • Assist in preparing simple reports, summaries, or presentations for owner updates

  • Follow up on pending documents or information from owners when needed

  • Support scheduling of meetings or calls with villa owners

  • Ensure all records and files are well organized and up to date

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication, Hospitality, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role is preferred

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Friendly, polite, and professional communication style

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or villa management

  • Basic understanding of contracts or administrative documentation

  • Familiar with CRM or internal management systems
