Bestay by Bali Super Host is currently seeking a professional and experienced Assistant Chief Engineering to support our engineering operations and ensure the highest standard of property maintenance across our units.
Job Responsibilities:

Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance

Ensure all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, function efficiently and safely

Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team
-
Monitor maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards
Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (Hospitality/property industry preferred)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of building systems and preventive maintenance

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills
