Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and visual identity systems.
  • Have knowledge in Creative Copywriting, Social Media Platform Expertise, Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing, Community Management, and Basic Brand Pillar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality, travel, and design is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or property management industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes the content calendar for Bestay’s brand channels.
  • Creates compelling content to build brand awareness and engagement. •Manages the online community (UGC, KOL) and brand reputation.
  • Coordinate with other department to streamline improvement.
