As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our villa management company, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote our villa properties, increase direct bookings, and strengthen our online presence. Your role includes managing paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, content creation, email marketing, and analyzing performance metrics to drive results.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Campaign Management
- Develop and execute performance-based digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic).
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
SEO & SEM
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
- Monitor search engine rankings and recommend improvements
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with the content team for engaging posts, stories, and reels.
- Monitor social engagement and support community management.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Design and deploy email campaigns and newsletters using CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Build and segment customer databases for targeted communication.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Provide regular marketing reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
- Familiarity with villa rental markets or tourism trends is an advantage.
- Fluency in English
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, captions, and email campaigns.
- Ability to develop content calendars and collaborate on creative materials.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and booking engines.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and data visualization
Marketing & Creative Skills
- Strong copywriting and content creation ability.
- Understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
