Full-time Bestay by Bali Super Host is currently seeking a professional and experienced Head of Maintenance to support our engineering operations and ensure the highest standard of property maintenance across our units.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Operational Manager in overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance
- Ensure all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, function efficiently and safely
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team
- Monitor maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or supervisor (Hospitality/property industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of building systems and preventive maintenance
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
