The HR Compensation / Payroll Coordinator manages payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation-related activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant employee payments. The role also provides guidance on payroll-related queries and supports compensation programs to promote employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and process payroll data, including attendance, overtime, and leave.
- Prepare monthly payroll, including salary, benefits, and deductions.
- Administer employee benefits such as BPJS, insurance, and allowances.
- Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports for internal and statutory purposes.
- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records.
- Support compensation-related adjustments, bonuses, and salary structures.
- Respond to employee inquiries about payroll and benefits.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and labor law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
