The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks across recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and learning & development. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR functions within a dynamic villa management and hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on internal platforms and job portals.
  • Help screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Support onboarding processes: prepare welcome kits, assist with inductions, and collect employee documents.

Employee Data & Documentation

  • Maintain and organize employee files (digital and physical).
  • Update HR databases (attendance, employee status, training records).
  • Assist in tracking probation, contract expiry, and document renewal timelines.

Learning & Development

  • Support training and development activities (scheduling, materials, attendance records).
  • Help prepare presentations and training communications.

Employee Engagement & Internal Events

  • Support planning of internal HR events (e.g., birthdays, team building, employee appreciation).
  • Assist in collecting feedback through surveys or HR feedback forms.

HR Administration

  • Handle general HR correspondence and filing.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes if required.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or hospitality operations.

Skills & Competencies

Technical & Administrative Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, labor laws, or recruitment processes is a plus.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Polite, professional, and capable of interacting with various departments and employees.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly.
