The Marketing Communications Intern will join the dynamic team at BaliSuperHost, A Kozystay Company, gaining hands-on experience in database management, content creation, and marcomm operations. This role offers exposure to fast-paced villa management operations while developing practical skills in marketing communications, with a focus on maintaining property information across multiple platforms and creating compelling content for diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

 

 

Database Management & Maintenance

  • Maintain and update the comprehensive marketing database, ensuring all property information remains current and accurate across BaliSuperHost’s internal systems
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather updated villa information
  • Support the migration or integration of data between different platforms and systems as needed

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Develop and refine content creation skills by producing engaging posts for BaliSuperHost’s Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Learn to adapt writing style and tone to match the BaliSuperHost brand voice while appealing to target audiences
  • Monitor social media trends in the hospitality and travel industry to inform content strategy

File Management & Organization

  • Master efficient file management systems in BaliSuperHost’s high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, including property photos, videos, marketing materials, and brand assets for the entire villa portfolio
  • Implement consistent naming conventions and folder structures to enable quick retrieval of files

Villa Description Writing for OTAs

  • Learn the art of crafting compelling villa descriptions specifically optimized for Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and more
  • Participate in villa handover processes to gather firsthand information about property features, unique selling points, and guest amenities
  • Learn to tailor descriptions to different OTA platforms, adapting to varying character limits and format requirements

Google Maps Management

  • Assist the team in creating, verifying, and updating Google Maps listings for approximately 500 villas in the BaliSuperHost portfolio
  • Ensure accurate location pins, complete business information, proper categorization, and up-to-date photos for each property across Bali
  • Identify and correct errors in existing listings, including incorrect addresses, outdated information, or duplicate entries

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
