The MarTech Specialist – Digital Marketing is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining technology- and AI-driven workflows that power our marketing operations. This role focuses on using marketing tools, automation, and AI to support and optimize paid advertising, social media content creation and distribution, performance analysis and reporting, and programmatic SEO at scale.
The ideal candidate understands both digital marketing and marketing technology and can translate marketing objectives into smart, automated systems that increase efficiency, improve performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
1. Technical & Marketing Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing: paid ads, social media, SEO, analytics, funnels, and basic CRO.
- Practical knowledge of marketing technology and automation tools (e.g., AI content tools, Make/Zapier/n8n, CDPs, CRM, tag managers).
- Ability to integrate and orchestrate tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio, CRM, and social scheduling platforms.
- Bonus: basic scripting (Python/JavaScript), experience with programmatic SEO setups, or working with APIs/webhooks.
2. Communication & Organization
- Strong written communication skills to refine and quality-check AI-assisted and tool-generated output into clear, on-brand messaging.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to documenting systems, workflows, and playbooks.
- Able to translate marketing goals into clear technical requirements and explain setups to non-technical teammates.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving marketing environment.
