Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Communication, Business Management, or related fields (Undergraduate & Freshgraduate are welcome).
- Previous experience in client relations or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems is a plus).
- Strong interest in hospitality management and real estate industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in building professional relationships with villa owners.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, with strong initiative.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits.
- Can work moving in 3 offices (rolling)
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with villa owners to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Support the villa acquisition process
- Conduct regular follow-ups with villa owners to address feedback, needs, or operational concerns.
- Actively engage in networking activities, field visits, and relevant events.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold a positive company image in all client and partner interactions.
