Full-time We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to monitor villa performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to maximize revenue and occupancy at Bestay by Bali Super Host at Ubud.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of revenue analysis experience within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with PMS, OTA platforms, and revenue tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Required to work on-site in Ubud
Key Responsibilities:
- Track villa metrics: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking trends
- Analyze market and competitor pricing
- Prepare revenue reports and provide actionable insights
- Support pricing strategies and rate adjustments
- Monitor OTA performance and promotions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
