Full-time We are seeking an experienced Senior Reporting Financial Analyst to lead monthly closing, financial
reporting, and cost control oversight. This role will work closely with the Finance Director and supervise the Cost Control function to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Perform budget vs actual and variance analysis.
• Supervise and review Reporting & Cost Control activities and cost allocations.
• Work closely with other finance functions (Accounting, Tax, AP/AR, Treasury) to ensure data
accuracy and reporting alignment.
• Collaborate with operational and other departments to gather financial data and provide business
insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in either financial reporting, cost accounting, and/or
management accounting.
• Experience handling full-cycle monthly closing.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and partner with non finance departments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in BI tools (Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
