TALENT ACQUISITION SUPERVISOR | Supervisor Level

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard the best talent for the organization. This role develops recruitment strategies, supervises the recruitment team, and ensures hiring goals are met in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in line with workforce planning.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Supervise and mentor the recruitment team.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs/events.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, interviewing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and result-oriented attitude.
