Full-time Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the quality of the villa and good service.
- Monitoring all teams in the field.
- Ensure the condition of the villa is neat, clean, and ready for guest occupancy.
- Handling complaints given by guests.
- Provide training to the team.
- Supervise cleanliness and Maintain villa assets.
- Report all forms of maintenance to the Villa Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping or Room Supervisor is mandatory
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good initiative and anticipation/proactivity
- Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
- Confident, professional, and friendly attitude
- Good attitude, good personality, good grooming and hardworking
- Able to work in Ubud area
