The Space

All three bedrooms are furnished with Smart TVs, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms for comfort and privacy. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and a unique outdoor bathtub, allowing for a peaceful soak in nature. Bedroom 2 features both indoor and outdoor showers along with a queen bed, creating a blend of modern comfort and natural connection. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, making it perfect for friends or family members traveling together.

The main living area of the villa brings together the living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Two ceiling fans keep the room cool, while the large rectangular dining table provides ample space for shared meals. Comfortable sofas and refreshing air conditioning invite guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Guest Access

Road Access: Many villas have narrow road access, often suitable for motorcycles only. We can assist with transportation arrangements if needed.

Nearby Construction: We understand that construction noise can be disruptive. While we cannot control construction activities in the surrounding area, we prioritize your comfort and are available to address any concerns.

Natural Ventilation: Experience the refreshing breeze of Bali with our open-air living spaces, designed to maximize natural airflow, providing an eco-friendly alternative to air conditioning or fans.

Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000.

Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa.

Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups.

Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem.  

Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage.
