The Space

Villa Dallas features three uniquely designed bedrooms, each offering a different experience. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, providing flexibility for guests. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The third bedroom stands out with its outdoor bathtub, allowing guests to unwind while surrounded by nature.

All bedrooms include window sofas, spacious en-suite bathrooms, and breathtaking views of the rice fields. Additionally, we can accommodate an extra bed if needed, ensuring comfort for larger groups.

At the heart of Villa Dallas is the spacious living room, which seamlessly integrates with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This open-concept space is flooded with natural light and fresh air, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and family gatherings. The circular sofa with Smart TV invites guests to lounge, play, or chat in comfort.

Stepping outside, guests will find a uniquely shaped swimming pool, accompanied by soft sunbeds for sunbathing. The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunset and the gentle breeze from the rice fields. A guest toilet is also available for added convenience.

Guest Access

Road Access: Many villas have narrow road access, often suitable for motorcycles only. We can assist with transportation arrangements if needed.

Other Things to Note

Nearby Construction: We understand that construction noise can be disruptive. While we cannot control construction activities in the surrounding area, we prioritize your comfort and are available to address any concerns.

Natural Ventilation: Experience the refreshing breeze of Bali with our open-air living spaces, designed to maximize natural airflow, providing an eco-friendly alternative to air conditioning or fans.

Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000.

Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa.

Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups.

Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem.  

Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage.
