All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, with each room providing beautiful views over the rice fields, creating a relaxing and immersive experience.

Villa Swannelli’s central living area brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen, providing a comfortable and communal space to enjoy meals and downtime. Two ceiling fans keep the area cool, while the dining table, sofa, and fully equipped kitchen amenities ensure you feel right at home.

The villa’s outdoor area is a true highlight, featuring a rectangular pool framed by sunbeds and umbrellas, all overlooking the lush rice paddies. Adjacent to the pool, a Buddha statue adds a touch of serenity, while the sunken seating area provides a cozy spot to read and  share a drink with friends while taking in the expansive views. You may even catch glimpses of Mount Agung in the distance, adding a magical touch to the already breathtaking scenery.

Guest Access

Road Access: Many villas have narrow road access, often suitable for motorcycles only. We can assist with transportation arrangements if needed.

Nearby Construction: We understand that construction noise can be disruptive. While we cannot control construction activities in the surrounding area, we prioritize your comfort and are available to address any concerns.

Natural Ventilation: Experience the refreshing breeze of Bali with our open-air living spaces, designed to maximize natural airflow, providing an eco-friendly alternative to air conditioning or fans.

Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000.

Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa.

Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups.

Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem.  

Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage.
