Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Receptionist, or Customer Service roles (experience in hospitality or villa management is preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrates professional conduct, with friendly, respectful, and customer-focused communication skills
- Good communications both English and Indonesian (spoken & written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be domiciled in Gianyar Regency
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors or clients at the head office in a professional and welcoming manner
- Ensure all company information at the front office is presented accurately and neatly
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
