Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Receptionist, or Customer Service roles (experience in hospitality or villa management is preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Demonstrates professional conduct, with friendly, respectful, and customer-focused communication skills
  • Good communications both English and Indonesian (spoken & written)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be domiciled in Gianyar Regency

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors or clients at the head office in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Ensure all company information at the front office is presented accurately and neatly
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
