We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Staff to manage our online presence and drive bookings through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize property listings on platforms such as OTA and the company website.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase bookings, occupancy, and revenue.
- Handle online guest communications, including inquiries, bookings, and feedback, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Create and update visual content and property descriptions to make listings attractive and engaging.
- Monitor and analyze listing performance, website traffic, and marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate availability, pricing, and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or hospitality online sales.
- Proficient in online booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data, guest feedback, and market trends.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
