The Front Office Staff (HO BalisSuperHost) is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception. Serve as the first point of contact to create a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle check-in, check-out, and reservations accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Maintain records, reports, and billing in the front office system
- Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions
