The Front Office Staff (HO BalisSuperHost) is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception. Serve as the first point of contact to create a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
  • Handle check-in, check-out, and reservations accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
  • Maintain records, reports, and billing in the front office system
  • Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions

Qualifications

  • Experience in front office or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexible and able to work in shifts
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English
