Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as Guest Relations or Front Desk Agent mandatory
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Good initiative, creativity and anticipation
  • Perfect personal presentation Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Google Drive)
  • English fluent (written and spoken)
  • Available to work mobile between villas in Ubud area.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional service to all guests
  • Anticipating guest’s needs at all times
  • Handling VIP guests and amenities
  • Reviewing arrivals list and welcoming guests
  • Inspecting villas before guest’s arrivals
  • Resolving guest complaints
  • Recording information and providing reports
