Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or administrative roles (preferably in hospitality or tourism industry) / fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing) is an advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency – Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, basic SEO, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Analytical Mindset – Comfort with data tools (Google Analytics, Excel) to measure KPIs.
  • Organizational Skills – Strong attention to detail in managing multiple listings and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update content across social media and online travel agency (OTA) platforms.
  • Arrange a villa photoshoot schedule for the photographer team
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, or agencies when necessary.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the brand presence and guest engagement.
  • Ensure all promotional materials are aligned with the company’s branding and quality standards.
