Full-time MEP Engineering is looking for a reliable and service-oriented MEP Technician to support maintenance operations across our villa properties, ensuring all systems run efficiently and meet hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Handle maintenance and minor repairs for MEP systems
- Ensure all equipment and utilities function properly and are guest-ready
- Respond quickly to technical issues to minimize guest disruption
- Coordinate with team and report maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK (Teknik Listrik / Mesin / related) or Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in MEP or building maintenance (villa / hotel preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, responsive, and service-oriented attitude
- Must be domiciled in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan.
