Owner Relations Admin, you are the operational engine behind our owner relations agents team.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain and update owner profiles, property details, and contract information within our CRM to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Owner Stays & Bookings: Process and coordinate “Owner Stay” requests, ensuring properties are blocked off, cleaned, and prepared according to specific owner preferences.
- Internal Coordination: Act as the bridge between Owner Relations and other departments to resolve owner inquiries or property issues.
- Mass Communications: Draft and distribute official announcements, newsletters, and policy updates to the owner community.
- Documentation: Organize and archive management agreements, insurance documents, and compliance paperwork.
Qualifications:
- You notice the small typo in a contract and the missing date in a calendar.
- You enjoy supporting a team and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Clear, professional, and friendly, whether you’re writing an email to an owner or a Slack message to the maintenance team.
- Comfortable navigating CRMs, booking software, and the standard Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suites.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role (Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management experience is a huge plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
